Renaissance Festival 2007
On the spur of the moment, we decided not to go sailing on Saturday but instead go to the Renaissance Festival. The last few years have been kind of tough because the of the large crowds this thing has been attracting lately. This year, we took my brother's kids along as well and we had a great time. Perfect weather and for some reason, light crowds. Maybe the Dream Cruise kept them all busy. Here is the first of a few clips.

Barataria
Here are a few Palm photos of the playset I built a few weeks ago. I took some better ones with a digital camera, but I wanted to put something out for the readership. Thanks to my brothers, my nephew and my brother in-law for helping at various stages of the project and Mrs. Captain Mike for working with me on the project and to our models in the pictures, Gabriel, John and Christopher.
