Today it was a balmy 7 degrees Fahrenheit (around -14 Celsius) today which was a vast improvement over the past three days where it was -4F and -2F (-20ish C). Kids were kept home from school for the first two days of this week due to the cold.
The cost of keeping your home at 65 will be horrendous this month. I expect to have a $200 bill just to try to keep warm.
Update: 02/19/2007. I started this post a few days ago and just left it, wanting to get some pictures for my 5 readers. One of those readers asked for a post and well, I didn't want to disappoint.
This picture was taken out of a window with my Palm. It is the back of my work. Better pictures will be forthcoming as I understand a lot of this will melt soon.
