I've been playing a game online for about six months now. It's called OGame and it's a space war simulation. Sort of like a virtual boardgame that never ends and is in sort of quasi realtime.
The long and short of it is, I am simply not going to dedicate the amount of time necessary to achive a great score in this game and after seeing my brother get screwed over in this game, I just don't want to keep playing.
The plan: My coworker Brian (the guy who initially got me involved in this thing) and I are going to deliver a major hit on one of the guys who screwed me over in the earlier stages of the game. This should be interesting because this guy hasn't touched me in months. It should be a complete surprise. Then I will go on vacation mode and quit the game. The End. Finished.
I expect this should happen sometime during this week. Wish the fleet luck!

We attacked his homeworld with 85 Interplanetary Missiles before our fleets arrived. He vacated the planet and took almost all of the resources so there was no loot to be had, however, we pounded his remaining planetary defenses to the ground, knocking this highly rated player down several ranks and generating random messages about what happened to him and committed the "hit".
All in all, very satisfying.
