We went to Michigan's Adventure this summer. It's a Cedar Point style amusement park only scaled down. It includes a nice water park and lots of rides for small children, unlike Cedar Point which when we went there last year had MY nerves on edge, never mind my son! At any rate, Michigan's Adventure is much more human scale, not so overwhelming and a bit cheaper. The park seemed well run by good people and it was very clean. I'm sure we'll be back a few more times.
