I read the news today, oh boy. About a lucky man who made the grade and though the news was rather sad, well I just had to laugh, I saw the photograph.

Have you been watching the "Universe" series on the History Channel?
Your post about the concert in 1977 brought back many good memories. I was 24 that year and living in Florence, Italy. You sure are a young whipper-snapper!
No, unfortunately, I'm not watching a lot of TV at all these days (keep wondering why I have cable at all too).
1977 seems like an eternity ago. My brother who is a regular reader also was very touched by this post but I remember going down to Cobo Arena in my brother's shiny red 1975 Plymouth Sport Fury to see this thing like it was yesterday.
